We gave Timmy a bottle of dairy formula on Sunday night and .... no reaction at all!
My current working theory is that Timmy really did have the cold that David and I had and that's why he was congested. As for his skin, he does seem to have some mild eczema on his cheeks, but that has stayed no matter the formula, so it doesn't appear to be allergy related.
So, we're back on dairy formula, cautious but hopeful.
