Easter Egg Hunt

Hello from the refreshed and united Ewing Family!
Chris has been home for over two weeks now and we've been busy! Reintegrating, catching up on saying good-bye, getting a lot of time consuming household chores done, and preparing for the upcoming move to California. Life is good and we are preparing to bask in the joy of our blessings!
The base holds an annual Easter Egg Hunt (indoors in North Dakota, doncha know) at the Youth Center. It's free to all the base children as long as there is a slot available for them. David got to hunt for Easter Eggs in the toddler area. It was a blast. He just took off.
Allergy wise it was great too because they had hidden empty plastic Easter eggs and then at the end they gave the kids a sealed bag with treats in it and many of the treats were toys and not food.
Here's some pictures from the event!
Here is David showing himself the Easter Eggs he had found. Sorry the camera has all these weird dots because EVERYONE was taking pictures and we were in the mirrored dance room.
The room was full of collapsible toddler toys and the eggs were hidden in and around them. David was the only kid willing to go into the tunnel to get the eggs.
Here is David checking out his stash inside a fire truck.
David and I. After this we turned in the Easter Eggs and got the treat bag. David put each of his plastic eggs into the return box one at a time. It took him longer to put the eggs in the box than to collect them!

After the hunt Chris held David back as we waited our turn to see the Easter Bunny. As you can tell, David didn't want to wait.

David and the Easter Bunny. David tried to give the Easter Bunny his bag of treats (in his hand in the white bag) and acted surprised when the Easter Bunny gave him the treats back.
